I am SO excited for this post guys!!! “Almost Her” has officially been live for 1 month now and in that month the website has been viewed over a THOUSAND times, people from all over the world looked at my page, (Italy, United Kingdom, France, Denmark, etc.) and there has been such great support from friends and family!! 1. Hempz Sensitive Skin Herbal Body Moisturizer
This smells SOOOO delicious!! It’s probably my favorite smell ever and it’s even fragrance free! It’s great for the summer because it fully absorbs into the skin and leaves you feeling as soft as a baby’s bottom. It helps comfort and soothe your skin while leaving you smelling like a cookie! It’s also dye free, paraben free, and has so many awesome skin-renewing ingredients! 2. Batiste Dry Shampoo in Fruity & Cheeky Cherry
I’ve probably tried a million different dry shampoos and none compared to this one, which is by far my favorite. It’s great for summer when you want to freshen up and not use your blow-dryer in the heat! It leaves your hair volumized without weighting it down AND it actually smells sweet and fruity and not like baby powder! Love this! The best deal that I’ve found so far is when it’s on sale at Ulta for buy one get one half off or just at their website here: Batiste Dry Shampoo
3. IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream with SPF 50+
I’ve used this product a TON this summer. It’s obviously awesome for the SPF it has in it for summertime, but this little thing is a multi-tasker! It can be used as a: moisturizer, Anti-Aging Serum, foundation, and sunscreen. I love this because while most CC creams are low-coverage, this one is not. I have a lot of redness and discoloration in my skin and this covers that up no problem! Not to mention it is paraben free and has a non-chemical sunscreen. This product was developed with dermatologists so it has sooo many great things in it like peptides, vitamins A, C, B, & E and collagen with antioxidants!! Love it! 4. Tarte’s Lipsurgence Skintuitive Lip Gloss in “Energy”
I feel like this is my fun party trick lip gloss. If you haven’t heard of this already, this lip gloss changes colors to a unique shade of pink based on the pH levels in your skin and I think it’s so cool! This is good for times in summer when you don’t want to commit to a lipstick but still want a little bit of color and hydration. I shared with this two of my friends at a recent party and while my lips were a darker pink, my other friend’s was a red color, and the other’s was a light pink!! It’s hard to sometimes see how cool this is using it on yourself because you usually get that one color, but this is so fun!! 5. NYX Liquid Crystal Liner in Crystal Gold
This is such a tiny product but I love it so much! In the summer I use a lot of gold/bronze daytime eyeshadow looks and this just bumps it up a notch and gives you that extra sparkle!! And who doesn’t love a bit a glitter? =) I’ve gotten a lot of compliments wearing this on my lower lash ( not TOO close to the lash line) or above a winged liner. My favorite summer essential is the milani brilliant shine lip gloss in sweet grapefruit because it’s a beautiful gloss to wear by itself or on top of a lipstick especially when your in a rush lol

My favorite summer products have been kind of on the theme of your video. I’ve been loving gold colors. My two favorite eye accessories have been ulta brand gel eyeliner in gold and also in white. I’ve been using them a lot to add bright sunshine to my brown eyes. My other favorite product since I got the naked 2 palette is the color verve! I love highlighting my eyebrow line with it. A combo of other naked 1 & 2 colors mixed with these three products have been my summer look and I’m loving it! Thanks for the gold inspiration, Anna! 🙂

My favorite summer time item is an eye shadow by Vincent Longo called Tempest Bronze. Going with the summer/gold feel, this shade definitely fits in! It’s a nice brown shade with shimmery hints of gold! Love it!

my summer essential is my Coola makeup setting spray with green tea and aloe. i hate spending so much time on my makeup only for it to “melt” off hours later especially in the humidity, with the setting spray it not only lasts all day but looks just as good as it did when i applied it. it doesnt leave my face with a stiff sticky feeling and as a bonus its organic!!

My favorite summer essential item is the L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Butterfly Mascara because it makes my stubborn lashes look fuller and longer, and it helps them stay curled all day! I’ve been looking for a good mascara, and this one is by far my favorite. Another essential are oil blotting sheets because I have oily skin and these sheets keep my face oil free and they’re great for quick touch ups. I also really love the Batiste Dry Shampoo because it’s a quick way to freshen up without the hassle of actually washing/ drying my hair when I’m in a rush. A favorite summer beauty item of mine is the Mario Badescu facial spray. It’s refreshing and really helped soothe my face when I got a rash from another product.
